Marketing Specialist - Distributor Sales

Internal Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Engage in newsletter communication to ensure effective internal and external communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Distributor Sales Team to plan and execute sales campaigns that drive results.
• Provide support to the Distributor Sales Team by fulfilling their marketing material needs.
• Continuously monitor and guide Distributors' websites to align with Kemppi's brand guidelines.
• Internal price & product communication support

External Tasks:

• Utilize marketing tools to increase sales for Kemppi Distributors.
• Offer support to Distributors in developing their marketing materials.
• Ensure Kemppi's brand guidelines are effectively communicated and adhered to by Kemppi Distributors.
• Organize and coordinate engaging distributor events, both online and in-person.
• Contribute to marketing development for Distributor sales through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Act as office backup, assisting the Distributor Sales Team as needed.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience or internship in marketing or sales is advantageous. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
• Strong organizational, multitasking and teamworking abilities. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. 
• Knowledge of Kemppi solutions or interest in the welding industry is a plus.
