We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales and Logistics Coordinator in a permanent position based in Lahti.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery process and ensuring excellent customer service across global markets and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the entire order-to-delivery process from order entry to invoicing

• Ensure high-level customer service globally and within the Group

• Coordinate order fulfillment and allocation through daily collaboration with production, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams

• Handle customer feedback, claims, and returns

• Maintain logistics data related to customers and products in the ERP system

• Create shipments and pickups in courier and freight forwarding systems.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an international environment, export customer service, or logistics

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to perform under pressure in a commercial setting

• A proactive and self-directed working style, while also being a reliable team player

• Strong time and workload management skills, along with the ability to set clear priorities

• A customer-focused mindset

• Relevant educational background is an advantage, for example, a bachelor's degree.
